We are very particular about the sourcing of our fromage and ingredients, focusing on the abundant produce of Kochi Prefecture, where the owner is from.We use a wide variety of carefully selected seasonal ingredients, such as Shimanto Beer Beef, Kiwami Enoki mushrooms, Kasumi crab from Hyogo, watercress from Tanzawa, and Yamatoshi Shirasu from Wakayama.

The name of the store comes from the fact that it is "under the membrane" of film yeast.We offer wines that have been aged "under a membrane" from various countries, as well as white, red, rosé, orange, yellow, and pairings.Non-alcoholic pairings and half pairings are also available.
Atmosphere of the shop
If you open the blue-gray entrance, the inside of the store is a calm space like an adult hideaway.A wine cap seal art is displayed on the wall, and you can see the work with a glass of wine.Spend time with your friends and loved ones with our special cheese dishes and wine.
The art works displayed on the walls of the store are upcycled art made from wine cap stickers.No coloring.Please take your time and look at the works with a glass of wine in hand.
The counter seats are not high chairs, but are raised one step to make it easier for female customers to sit.Even one person can feel free to use it, so even if you want to have a drink on your way home from work ...Listen to the recommended wine for the sommelier and drink it alone, or enjoy cooking and talking with your friends.Please spend your favorite time.
